About the Character: Rachel, Monica's former roommate, is still living with Joey until her and Phoebe's apartment is rebuilt following the fire. Still working at a rewarding job as a junior executive for Ralph Lauren, Rachel is soon to have a career upswing. Although her on-again, off-again relationship with Ross never seems to settle into a groove, she hasn't stopped looking for love in other places and will find herself in a new romantic entanglement.

About the Actress: Born in Sherman Oaks, California, and raised in New York City, Jennifer Aniston is a versatile actress who was exposed to acting at an early age by her father, John Aniston, who starred for several years on the daytime drama "Days of Our Lives," and her godfather, the late Telly Savalas.

For her role as Rachel Green on "Friends," Aniston has earned an Emmy Award nomination (2001) for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series and a People's Choice Award for Favorite Female Television Performer (2001).
